Your energetic approach will help streamline operations, provide exceptional service, and support community mobility needs. Responsibilities Process vehicle registrations, license renewals, and title transfers accurately and efficiently. Verify applicant documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Assist customers in completing forms and understanding DMV procedures. Manage appointment scheduling and queue management to minimize wait times. Maintain precise records of transactions, inventory control, and files for auditing purposes. Answer inquiries via phone and in person with clear communication and professionalism. Support inventory management of DMV supplies and materials to ensure operational readiness. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with diverse customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader community. Experience in retail sales or customer service roles enhances your ability to assist effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and administrative procedures is advantageous. Familiarity with automotive repair or dealership experience can be beneficial for understanding vehicle-related documentation. Proficiency in phone etiquette, public speaking, and organizational skills ensures professional interactions. Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales helps manage financial transactions accurately. Ability to handle outbound inquiries or follow-ups as needed to support customer engagement.
