Contracts / DMV ClerkPerry Auto Group - San Luis Obispo Perry Auto Group is looking for an experienced Contracts / DMV Clerk to join our growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual with dealership administrative experience who can help ensure accurate processing of vehicle deals and DMV paperwork for our Central California stores. Responsibilities Process vehicle contracts and ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant Submit and process DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Verify deal documentation for accuracy and completeness Process title and registration paperwork Handle funding packets and maintain organized deal files Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams Maintain compliance with dealership and state requirements Assist with inventory and record management as needed Communicate with customers, lenders, and DMV offices regarding documentation issues Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience required Previous contracts and/or DMV processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar dealership systems is a plus Professional attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Opportunity for growth within a growing dealer group Supportive team environment Location San Luis Obispo, California To apply, please send your resume and relevant experience for consideration.
