Responsibilities:

Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager

Qualifications:

Automotive contract billing experience required Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills Why Join Patterson Autos Group?
