Omega National Title Insurance Agency in Cape Coral is looking for self-motivated team player. As a Title Insurance Processor at Omega National Title your job will be to fulfill title requests to lenders, review and clear title commitment requirements for real estate closings, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities Title Commitment Preparation:

Review and clear title commitments(e.g., payoffs, estoppels, liens, contractor releases, etc), order surveys, and lien searches to ensure a clear title. Liaison with

Parties:

Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and buyers to clear requirements and prepare for closing.

Software & Records:

Utilize title production software (e.g., Qualia and Closers Choice) to enter data and update records

Experience:

2+ years of experience in title processing required Education and Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) • Title processing experience preferred Full time, normal work hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
