This role focuses on reviewing and updating title inventory, validating documentation, and assisting with the movement and organization of physical and electronic titles. The position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and update title inventory records in internal systems. Validate in‑coming titles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state requirements. Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital title documents. Pull requested titles from inventory for processing, scanning, or shipment. Support scanning, copying, and preparation of title documents. Prepare, package, and track outgoing titles to field locations, customers, and internal depts. Assist with resolving title discrepancies, missing titles, or state‑specific issues. Cross‑reference title data with system information to ensure accuracy. Provide administrative support in other tasks as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior experience working in an office or administrative environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ( must‑have ). Ability to work independently and within a team. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree. Previous experience with DMV, vehicle licensing, fleet administration, or title processing. Additional Notes This is not a call center or customer service role. Candidates must be available for consistent, full-time onsite hours. Time off for school or class schedules cannot be accommodated during this assignment.
Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
