This is a hands-on role for someone with strong operational and closing experience who can both manage title operations and actively handle files. The person in this role will initially serve as the primary title agent handling residential and commercial transactions from opening through closing while also building and managing the department as it grows. We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience managing a title company, title department, or multi-state title operations, preferably someone who understands how to build processes, manage workflow, and eventually oversee support staff as additional team members are added beneath them. The ideal candidate should have significant direct title and closing experience, strong knowledge of Florida title insurance and real estate closing procedures, experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title issues, and the ability to independently manage a high volume of transactions. Multi-state experience is strongly preferred. Leadership and operational experience are important, but this is not a purely administrative management role, we need someone willing and able to actively work files and closings while helping scale the operation. Qualia experience is a plus. Florida title insurance licensure is preferred or the candidate must be willing to obtain licensure within 90 days.
