Automotive Title Clerk

Dena Motors is hiring an experienced Automotive Title Clerk / Title Processing Agent with strong knowledge of Georgia title processing and multi-state (out-of-state) title work . This role is essential to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of all vehicle titles and registrations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, fast-paced professional who understands dealership workflows and can manage high-volume title processing efficiently.

Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Process and submit vehicle titles for retail, wholesale, and dealer trades in a timely manner Handle Georgia (in-state) and out-of-state title processing , including lien releases and corrections Verify the accuracy of all title documents, including VIN, buyer/seller information, and supporting paperwork Work closely with the sales and accounting departments to ensure deal accuracy and funding readiness Monitor and track title status, resolve delays, and follow up with DMVs and lenders Process tag and registration paperwork, including temporary tags Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Handle payoff processing and lienholder communications Maintain organized records of all title transactions

Qualifications:

Requirements for state licensing must be met - title producers license is ideal High school diploma required - college degree preferred 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of Georgia title laws and DMV processes Experience handling out-of-state titles and transfers Familiarity with Dealertrack DMS or similar dealership systems About Company At Dena Motors, we are proud of the quality of used cars we sell and our dedication to serving the needs of customers.
