Title Clerk

Starved Rock Harley-Davidson is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting riders every step of the way. We are currently hiring a part-time Title Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process title paperwork accurately Enter and manage data within dealership systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely title completion Maintain detailed and organized records Assist customers with title-related inquiries

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) Notary certification is a plus Illinois title processing knowledge preferred CVR experience preferred

Experience:

Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Compensation:
