About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will support the processing of approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily for vehicles sold through online auctions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, repetitive work, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is eager to learn new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

+ Review and match vehicle titles with bills of sale for accuracy.

+ Sort and organize titles alphabetically by dealer name.

+ Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of title documents.

+ Enter and update title information within internal systems.

+ Receive, assign, and process titles according to company procedures.

+ Prepare and ship completed title packages to customers and dealers.

+ Meet productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment.

+ Collaborate with team members while also managing individual responsibilities. Qualifications

+ Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Quick learner with the ability to master new processes and systems.

+ Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching and constructive feedback.

+ Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous experience in administrative support, document processing, records management, data entry, or clerical work.

+ Automotive title processing experience is a plus but not required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and takes pride in accuracy. Automotive Administration / Title Processing Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
