Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a high level of organization skills to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, be a team player and very dependable. The Clerk will provide services to ensure the following duties are done efficiently, timely and accurately. Responsibilities Wash out car deals for assigned stores Process trade payoffs in a timely manor Process sales commissions on all deals washed RDR all new units sold Submit incentives accurately to ensure payments are collected Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow Perform any other related duties as required and assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Previous office experience with clerical duties is preferred Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Professional personal appearance Must be able to deal effectively with dealership personnel & management Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team!
