Salary Range:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Requirements Two years of experience in automotive title processing or a related administrative role is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize complex paperwork. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal dealership management software. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both government agencies, customers and management. High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities Process and finalize all vehicle titles and registration paperwork for new and used car sales. Communicate directly with the DMV and other state agencies to resolve title discrepancies. Maintain accurate and orderly files for all vehicle transactions to ensure total compliance. Follow up with customers and financial institutions to collect necessary documentation promptly. Calculate and collect applicable taxes and registration fees for incoming inventory and outbound sales. Stay updated on state-specific changes to vehicle registration laws to keep our operations running smoothly.
