They will place nationwide orders for title commitments and conveyance documents, prepare seller legal deed documents, send, track and audit the receipt of the executed deed packages to FRS' customers. This position also ensures that excellent customer service is always provided to customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Placement of relocation title orders for departure home sale services. Prepares, distributes, and audits the return of deed document packages. Alerts customers of pending legal documents that have not been returned or incorrect from the transferee. Data entry and document posting into FRS production systems as well as our customer's system Data entry and document posting into our customer's production system Creates invoices for FRS' title fees and title company fees to the customer. Acts as a liaison between the customer and the local tile offices for proper document execution. Cross trains in other areas as directed. Provides caseload coverage for co-workers on PTO. Maintains excellent customer service with clients and co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned. Overtime may be required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience Two (2) or more years' experience in an administrative, title or paralegal role preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly organized and a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products Excellent oral and written communications skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment Knowledge of the title industry, helpful Integrity, dedication and initiative is essential

$20.25 per hour
