The position consists of performing many different tasks related to the field of automotive and finance. The candidate must be organized and be a self-starter that needs little supervision. Candidates must have a professional persona in person and over the phone with great customer service skills when interacting with our customers, agents and reps. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately identify, analyze and process vehicle title/ownership documents.
  • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
  • Answer inbound calls and transfer accordingly.
  • CRM data entry.
  • Check for completeness and signatures on all required forms.
  • Packaging and submitting contracts to finance companies.
  • Work with Secretary of State regarding titles / vehicle registration.
  • Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
  • Communicate with customers via email or verbally.
  • Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned. Qualifications
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, customer and organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer and internet technology skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation Experience preferred in the following.

  • SalesLifter This position is available for immediate hire.
