TITLE SEARCHER-EXAMINER-LICENSED
Job description Looking for an experienced, licensed title searcher/examiner to conduct public record searches and examine title to produce title commitments. Duties and responsibilities : Search public records through county offices, third party systems, or internet for various legal documents as related to title and property. Examine and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgements, plat books, aps, agreements, contracts, easements and surveys for title commitment preparation.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Ability to work independently Ability to meet strict deadlines Detail oriented Organizational skills Exceptional investigative and research skill Strong communicator, both written and oral Ability to problem solve Ability to draw a legal description to scale Ability to verify chain of title
