Roofing Repair Department Manager

Excellent opportunity for a career minded Salesperson/Manager. You will need to be able to set up a ladder and walk Roofs. You do need Roofing knowledge on multiple Roofing systems ~ Shingles, Metal and Commercial Roofs. This is a full time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7 am - 5 pm (occasional evenings and weekend appointments, but not common). Company Truck, cellphone and fuel card provided. Duties include but are not limited to, o Customer Contact o Schedule appointments o Measure/evaluate Roofs o Contact Suppliers for pricing and deliveries o Prepare proposals for the project o Set up/schedule/manage your projects o Manage the Repair Crew You will work directly with other Salesmen, Office Manager and General Manager. We are not a high pressure, one stop close company. Our history and experience is the best sales tool you will have in your arsenal. Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. •A valid, clean driver's license is required. Salary and Commissions will be based on your experience.
