Position Summary As our Title Success Specialist , you'll play a vital role in our title operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Title Review :
Examine transaction documentation, including purchase agreements and real estate documents. Review title commitments, clearances, liens, and deeds to identify discrepancies or defects.
Customer Service :
Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers throughout the pre-closing process. Deliver lender commitments, CPLs, wire instructions, and pre-CD details.
Title Clearance :
Analyze complex title issues and propose effective solutions. Work with title exam professionals and underwriters to address potential sale-affecting hiccups. Ensure accurate documentation in our title software (Resware or SoftPro).
Transaction Data Management :
Gather and enter transaction information, including commissions, broker fees, HOA contacts, tax details, and payoffs. Order title commitment updates and other necessary updates.
Document Preparation :
Prepare deeds, discharges, and POAs.
Qualifications and Skills Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to
Detail :
Precise and thorough in reviewing documents.
Software Proficiency :
Familiarity with Resware, SoftPro, or similar title software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of a High school diploma or GED, required Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services, preferred Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferred Valid Title Producer's License, as required by applicable state law, within 1 month of hire Join us on this exciting journey!
