We are seeking a detail-oriented Car Title Clerk to handle vehicle title processing and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations. This role supports the timely transfer of ownership and works closely with dealerships, customers, and state agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and lien releases Verify accuracy of title documents and supporting paperwork Submit documents to DMV/state agencies and track status Resolve title discrepancies and missing information Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulations Communicate with internal teams, customers, and lenders as needed

Qualifications:
