Regular schedule-Monday-Saturday availability required between 8:45 AM-5:30 PM Overtime based on business needs Job Summary The Motor Vehicle Title Specialist supports our Commercial Division by accurately processing vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure title documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong accuracy, problem solving skills, and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role. Experience with title work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with transferable administrative or processing experience. . Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Assist Commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information Accurately complete required forms and documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers Maintain organized and accurate records Support Commercial office operations as needed Work effectively in a structured team environment Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements Valid Montana Driver's License (required) Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record review Availability to work Monday-Saturday between 8:45 AM-5:30 PM, overtime based on business needs. Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and documentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment Physical Requirements / Essential Functions Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $18 per hour Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity.
