Duties Process automotive titles, registrations, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently using industry-standard software such as CDK and Microsoft Office. Ensure compliance with all state transportation regulations and dealership policies during title processing and documentation handling. Manage the sales pipeline by coordinating with sales teams to facilitate high-end sales, retail sales, and outbound sales efforts. Maintain organized records of title transactions, inventory management data, and customer information for easy retrieval and audit readiness. Communicate effectively with clients, dealerships, government agencies, and internal teams to verify documentation requirements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Support automotive repair or dealership operations by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, cashiering, and inventory control. Assist in managing public speaking engagements or client communication initiatives that promote dealership services or special promotions. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales paperwork processing, title management, or dealership administrative roles. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and dealership operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of state transportation regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations. Proficiency in CDK software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate document handling and record keeping. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer bases; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to ensure clear client interactions and internal coordination. Experience in retail math, inventory management, accounting basics, cashiering, customer service, public speaking, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks will enhance your success in this role.
