Title Examiner

Freedom Title is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Examiner to join our growing team serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and knowledgeable in title review and real estate transactions. Responsibilities Reviews county and upper court judgment searches and prepares examination notes for title commitment processing. Examines property surveys, updates legal descriptions when needed, and prepares survey endorsements. Examine and review residential and/or commercial title searches Analyze public records to identify ownership, liens, judgments, easements, and encumbrances Prepare accurate title commitments and reports Resolve title issues and communicate with attorneys, lenders, and clients Ensure files meet PA and NJ underwriting guidelines Maintain strong attention to detail and turnaround times Qualifications Previous title examining experience in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey preferred Knowledge of title insurance practices and real estate transactions Ability to read and interpret legal documents and property records Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Technology:
