Skilled Finished Carpenter

Job description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Skilled Finished Carpenter and bring craftsmanship, precision, and expertise to a variety of construction and restoration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry work, including trim, cabinetry, door hanging, and fixture installation, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom trim, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute detailed finishing work accurately Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and wood framing for various structures Execute restoration projects involving water damage repair, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and siding installation Handle heavy lifting safely while installing flooring, tile, roofing components, or masonry features on construction sites Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site using CNC machinery or traditional woodworking techniques Install rebar for concrete forming or structural reinforcement as needed for renovation or new construction projects Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture setup Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws, sanders) Experience with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures Familiarity with various construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and metal stud framing Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in restoration industry projects or remodeling is highly desirable Join us to craft beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values quality craftsmanship.
