We are creating a strong, stable, service-focused operation that prioritizes communication, accuracy, and long-term relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers, and sellers. We are looking for an experienced title & escrow professional who wants stability, who wants to feel valued and appreciated in a friendly supportive work environment. Position Overview If you are an energetic and experienced Title Processor / Escrow Officer who can confidently manage transactions from contract to closing, and have a great and positive personality :), we want to hear from you! This position in Person or Remote! Key Responsibilities Open and manage residential and/or commercial title files Review purchase agreements and lender instructions Order and analyze title searches, payoffs, tax certs, surveys, HOA documents Clear title requirements and resolve issues efficiently Prepare commitments, settlement statements (ALTA/CD), and closing packages Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Manage escrow funds in compliance with Ohio and underwriter guidelines Balance, fund, and prepare files for recording Maintain high-level communication throughout each transaction Must be positive and have a great attitude.
