Experience Required 3 to 5 years of settlement and/or title industry experience Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Title Processor to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the processing of real estate titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout each transaction. Your expertise in title processing will help facilitate smooth property transfers and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Skills Would Include Ability to review sales agreements and order title search Review Title Commitment and Clear title issues Effectively Communicate with all parties to the transaction Produce closing Packages and coordinate Closing Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD) Disburse, Post Close and Issue final title policies Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Qualia software experience beneficial but not required Position Details Full-Time Position (40 hours) Competitive salary based on experience and performance Full Benefit Package including Health, Dental and Vision, 401(k), ESOP, Paid Vacation ,
