Title Clerk Offroad Motorsports & Cycle Sales | Jonestown, PA We are a powersports dealership in Jonestown looking for a Title Clerk to own the title and registration side of our business. Full-time, 40 hours, with real flexibility in how you build your week. What the job actually is When a customer buys a bike, side by side, or ATV from us, you are the person who turns that deal into a clean title and registration. You work directly with PennDOT, lienholders, and other states. You catch the paperwork problems before they become customer problems. It is detail work, and doing it well means a customer gets their plate on time and nobody has to chase anything down. What you'll do Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork to PennDOT Process transfers, temp tags, and permanent plates Handle lien payoffs and lienholder correspondence Manage out of state titling Review deal paperwork for accuracy before it goes out Track every title in process and follow up on what's outstanding Keep title records and deal files organized and audit ready Notarize motor vehicle documents Answer customer questions about where their title stands About Offroad Motorsports Offroad Motorsports and Cycle Sales is a top powersports dealership in Jonestown, PA. What we're looking for Active PA notary commission, or willingness to get one (we pay for it) Sharp attention to detail and comfort with forms and deadlines Someone who can run their own queue without being checked on daily Clear communication with customers, lenders, and coworkers Basic computer skills Availability Fridays and every other Saturday Nice to have, not required Prior dealership title clerk experience PennDOT agent authorization and Act 152 training Lightspeed or similar dealer management system experience Familiarity with powersports units The schedule 40 hours a week, and we are flexible on how you arrange them. Fridays and every other Saturday are required. The rest of the week you work out with our Office Manager. If you need to build your hours around school pickup, an appointment, or anything else, we can usually make it work. Open to part-time for the right person. If you already hold your notary commission and have dealership title experience, you start toward the top of that range. From there the rate moves based on how the work goes: accuracy on PennDOT submissions, turnaround time, and how much of the job you can run on your own. We pay for your notary renewal and for PennDOT agent authorization and Act 152 training.
