The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately complete virtual and physical forms, collect payments, and process documentation related to motor vehicle transactions. About Us We are a tag, registration, and insurance agency in South Philly that primarily helps customers acquire and transfer vehicle titles, registrations, and plates. We're located right off of Broad St and have a parking lot outside of our office, making it easy to commute to via car or bus/train/subway. Our office is open 5 days a week and is closed on major holidays. We will consider candidates looking for full time and part time work. Responsibilities Delivering exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email Completing virtual forms in order to issue titles, plates, and registration Accurately filling out PennDOT paperwork and preparing documents Guiding clients through the necessary DMV forms for various tasks such as acquiring personalized plates, handicap placards, or reinstating their registration Processing payments and maintaining transaction logs Qualifications Prior experience as a tag and title clerk or PennDOT/DMV agent is required Active notary commission preferred, but not required Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of PA DMV regulations and procedures Experience with title/registration software systems (CVR, Dealertrack, Vitu, etc.) is a plus Notes Salary depends on qualifications & experience Someone with less experience will start at the lower end of the range, while a person with prior tag/title experience would start at the higher end of the range in a managerial position
