Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Title Processor to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. The ideal candidate will have strong Pennsylvania title processing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Open, manage, and oversee title files from contract to closing. Order and track municipal no-lien letters, dye tests, tax certifications, payoff statements, and other title clearance documents. Coordinate with municipalities, tax authorities, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. Review and enter title requirements, exceptions, and commitments accurately. Prepare files for closing and assist with Closing Disclosures (CDs), settlement statements, and closing packages. Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. Maintain detailed file notes and documentation throughout the transaction process. Resolve title issues and follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure timely closings. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of title processing, settlement processing, or closing coordination experience in Pennsylvania. Strong understanding of Pennsylvania title and settlement procedures. Experience ordering and reviewing municipal lien letters, tax certifications, payoff requests, and title clearance items. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with title software platforms. Previous experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with Closing Disclosures (CDs), settlement statements, and title commitments. Title Processor
