We are looking to add a detail-oriented, professional and energetic Automotive Title Clerk to our growing team. The Automotive Title Clerk is responsible for handling all documentation related to vehicle titles, registrations, and compliance for our corporate fleets. This role requires accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate state-specific DMV requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Training and team support will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and renewals across multiple states Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state DMV regulations and requirements Track title and registration statuses, ensuring timely completion Coordinate with internal departments, dealerships and state agencies Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company and regulatory standards Assist with fleet-related administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a DMV, dealership or fleet environment preferred Strong understanding of vehicle titling and registration processes Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software Job Type & Benefits Full-time with one work from home day a week Company-sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance coverage for individuals and families Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 401(k) matching and Roth IRA options Office located in
