Commercial Title Examiner

Permanent role 25-32 hourly rate doesnt need commercial experience can be taught! Can consider with residential experience! if has commercial can potentially go up to 35hr!

Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves:

Minimum of 3 years of commercial title search and examination experience Solid understanding of industry concepts, practices, procedures, and associated risks and liabilities. The ability to produce a fully examined title report with curative requirements pertaining to complex issues such as probate, trust, judicial foreclosure, etc. Experience utilizing title software's and system. Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner to join the nation's largest title insurance company. This will be a remote position supporting production unit for the Agency division in Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Review and examine complex title orders in accordance with company guidelines to determine conditions of title, including the impact of mortgages, liens, judgments, and other recorded documents on ownership, legal restrictions, and legal descriptions. Conduct quality reviews of final title products to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards. Clearly explain chains of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and management. Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks or liabilities that could impact the company. Prepare thorough, accurate title reports in compliance with company policies and examination procedures. Request and obtain documentation necessary to resolve title defects prior to report release. Retrieve documents from county offices and onsite locations as required. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
