Carrollton, TX Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Title document review High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Collateral Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the lifecycle of automotive loan servicing by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all collateral documentation. This role is responsible for securing lien perfection, maintaining accurate title records, executing timely lien releases, and resolving title exceptions across multiple states. The specialist communicates regularly with dealerships, customers, insurance partners, and state DMV agencies to obtain required documents, correct discrepancies, and ensure smooth title transitions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to interpret various state‑specific title requirements. By safeguarding lien integrity and ensuring clean, audit‑ready collateral records, the Collateral Operations Specialist helps protect Arra Finance's asset position while supporting a high‑quality customer and dealer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDrequired;one to two years ofrelated experience. ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office and electronic title systems (e.g., ELT/ERT platforms). Familiarity with multi-state title regulations andlien-release procedures. Auto finance, dealership, or DMV experience, preferred. Call centeror customer support experience, preferred. Ability to work in afast‑pacedenvironment with shifting priorities. Strong analytical andproblem‑solvingskills with the ability to resolve title and lien discrepancies. Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods andoperateoffice equipment such as computers, printers, and scanning devices.
