Job Description

DMV Registration Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) - Dallas, TX . Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive DMV Registration Coordinator to support dealership operations throughout Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle registrations, monitoring compliance requirements, and coordinating documentation with multiple dealership locations. Key Responsibilities Process vehicle titles, plates, and registrations for Texas dealerships. Monitor and maintain financial documents and Manufacturer Certificates of Origin (MCOs). Stay up to date with DMV regulations and registration requirements across different states. Coordinate registration activities and provide support to staff at various dealership locations. Track and manage work-related expenses throughout the registration process. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all registration-related tasks Qualifications Must be located in Dallas, TX. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required (frequent DMV visits are part of the role). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to travel as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and proactive. Previous experience with vehicle registration, dealership operations, title processing, or DMV-related work is a plus. Qualifications Must be located in Dallas, TX.
