Your attention to detail and organizational skills will keep our vehicle records accurate and up-to-date. In this vital role, you will handle the precise input of vehicle titles, registration information, and ownership data, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your proactive approach will support smooth operations within our automotive or dealership environment, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Knowledge with titles/ DMV work and Frazer is what's needed!! Duties Accurately input and update vehicle title and registration data into our database systems Verify the completeness and correctness of all documentation related to vehicle ownership transfers Manage inventory control of titles and related legal documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval Collaborate with sales teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate title processing Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data reconciliation, and report generation Communicate effectively with team members and external partners via phone and email to resolve discrepancies or clarify information Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or dealership operations preferred Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with inventory management systems and document control procedures Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality Prior experience in automotive repair, retail sales, or dealership environments is advantageous Proficiency in retail math, inventory control, and basic office software tools (e.g., MS Office) Join us in this energetic role where precision meets efficiency!
