Responsibilities Process and verify vehicle titles, registration paperwork, and related documentation efficiently and accurately Manage inventory control related to vehicle titles and legal documents to ensure proper record keeping Coordinate with sales teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate smooth title transfers and registrations Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with title inquiries, documentation requirements, and general questions Support outbound sales efforts by preparing necessary paperwork for high-end vehicle sales and retail transactions Utilize strong communication skills to liaise effectively with dealerships, customers, and government agencies Skills Proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environments, especially in title processing or administrative roles Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and legal documents Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to interact confidently with clients and team members Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and retail sales processes to support dealership operations Experience in inventory management systems and administrative procedures within a retail or automotive setting Ability to handle outbound sales activities confidently while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence Knowledge of dealership experience, including retail sales, automotive repair processes, and inventory control techniques Join us as an Administrative Title Clerk to play a crucial role in our thriving automotive environment!
