The Buy Center Agent is responsible for acquiring high-quality used vehicles at competitive prices to support the dealership's inventory needs. RESPONSABILITIES

Vehicle Sourcing:

Identify and locate potential used vehicles through various channels, including service customers and private sellers.

Vehicle Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, mileage, and overall value.

Negotiation:

Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to secure the best deals for the dealership.

Appraisal:

Determine the fair market value of vehicles using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Documentation:

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle purchases.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of purchased vehicles and coordinate with the dealership's inventory team.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to sellers and potential buyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in used car sales or purchasing, is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.
