Vancouver, WA Job Details $21 - $25 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description McCord's Vancouver Toyota is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our Business Office team. This is a fast-paced role that is essential to ensuring vehicle sales are processed accurately and customers receive timely title and registration services.
Responsibilities:
Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently. Submit documents to state DMVs and monitor registration status. Review deal jackets for completeness and compliance. Verify vehicle title documents and supporting paperwork. Resolve title discrepancies and follow up with lenders, customers, dealerships, and state agencies as needed. Issue and track temporary permits. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure timely processing. Provide excellent customer service when assisting with title and registration inquiries. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Previous dealership title and licensing experience preferred (Dealertrack experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
