The Buy Center Agent is responsible for acquiring high-quality used vehicles at competitive prices to support the dealership's inventory needs. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

RESPONSABILITIES

Vehicle Sourcing:

Identify and locate potential used vehicles through various channels, including service customers and private sellers.

Vehicle Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, mileage, and overall value.

Negotiation:

Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to secure the best deals for the dealership.

Appraisal:

Determine the fair market value of vehicles using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Documentation:

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle purchases.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of purchased vehicles and coordinate with the dealership's inventory team.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to sellers and potential buyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service preferred Previous experience in high communication positions a plus Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
