Automotive Title Clerk Be a Key Part of Our Dealership's Administrative Team! Fremont Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working with paperwork, keeping accurate records, and supporting a fast-paced dealership, this role is perfect for you. What You'll Do Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and dealership requirements Communicate with DMV, lenders, and customers as needed Maintain organized records and filing systems Support the sales and administrative teams with title-related tasks Assist in resolving title or registration issues promptly What We're Looking For Previous experience in title work, dealership administration, or clerical roles preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers and office software Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Work With Fremont Motors?
