Negotiable Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and efficient facility operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility Ensure compliance with Alaska state regulations and licensing requirements Lead, supervise, hire, and evaluate staff; promote a positive team culture Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal guidelines Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational expenses Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Serve as primary point of contact for residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies Coordinate with healthcare providers and community partners Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications Current or eligible Assisted Living Administrator license in the State of Alaska Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare administration Strong knowledge of Alaska assisted living regulations Proven leadership and staff management experience Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Proficiency with electronic health records and basic office software Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field Experience working in rural or cold-climate communities CPR/First Aid certification Why Join Us?
