Behavioral Health Program Leadership | Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment #270 | Stanwood, WA This is a fully in-person position. No hybrid or remote work options are available. Telecare is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270 in Stanwood, Washington. The Administrator serves as the operational leader of the program, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and partnership with State and County stakeholders. This role works closely with corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-centered care. Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Social Services, or Public Health Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles Ability to lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment Must live within reasonable commuting distance to the facility Participation in Administrator on-call rotation for evenings/weekends is required Fern Lodge is a secure Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) program located in Stanwood, WA serving adults experiencing acute behavioral health crises who require short-term psychiatric stabilization and treatment in a safe, recovery-focused environment.

9718 271st St NW Stanwood, WA 98292 Located north of Seattle, Fern Lodge serves individuals throughout Snohomish County and surrounding communities through county referral processes and behavioral health system partnerships.

The program provides:

Acute psychiatric stabilization services Recovery-centered, trauma-informed care Multidisciplinary behavioral health treatment Coordination with hospitals, crisis responders, and community providers Support focused on stabilization, discharge planning, and community reintegration The Administrator is responsible for leadership and performance across Telecare's operational framework: Clinical Quality Excellence — Ensuring safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care and strong regulatory compliance Workforce Engagement — Building a positive culture focused on retention, accountability, teamwork, and staff development Customer Satisfaction — Maintaining strong partnerships with county agencies, referral sources, families, and community stakeholders Financial Security — Operating responsibly within budget while supporting sustainable program success The ideal leader is collaborative, emotionally intelligent, operationally strong, and passionate about behavioral health care.

Maximum range up to $184,215 annually Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic differentials.
