Warm Beach Senior Community (WBSC) , non-profit ministry of the Free Methodist Church with 59 years of service to the elderly and the community. Saturday Qualifications:

1-2 year's facilities tech/maintenance, preferably in a multi-complex setting 1 year handyman construction, finish carpentry, painting required. 1 year of security experience, preferably in a multi-complex setting. Must be flexible to assist with coverage for Security and Maintenance. Must be able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines to meet move in dates of future residents. Must be able to adjust shift (only when necessary) when working on bigger projects that may interfere with resident's daily activities. Must be a self-starter who will work independently or the ability to work cohesively with other staff. Must be able to communicate material needs prior to necessity with facilities coordinator so timelines are not interrupted by lack of product. This position will have daily interactions with seniors in their home setting so necessary to be able to communicate and respect their home and space without conflict while ensuring their safety from hazardous materials or equipment.
