Your Mission:
As an Admissions Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in advancing USCB's enrollment goals by connecting prospective students and families to the life-changing opportunities available through a USCB education. From first contact to final enrollment decision, you'll guide students through every stage of their journey while showcasing the academic excellence, personalized support, and vibrant community that define USCB .
What You'll Do:
Manage and strategically grow an assigned recruitment territory through proactive outreach and engagement. Recruit, advise, and enroll prospective students by building meaningful relationships with students, families, high school counselors, community organizations, and campus partners. Represent USCB at high schools, college fairs, community events, and recruitment programs both in-state and out-of-state. Conduct personalized outreach and follow-up through phone, email, presentations, and CRM

Guide prospective students through the admissions and decision-making process, from prospect to enrollment conversion. Develop and implement enrollment strategies that support institutional growth and student success.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience) Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing strategies, and recruitment best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms Experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at public relations and public presentation, knowledge of CRM programs for tracking from inquiry to enrollment, and knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies. Excellent presentation, communication skills, and an ability to articulate the value of USCB enrollment and degrees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the internet a must. Must be willing to travel in and out of state extensively. Able to drive; must be insurable. Job Duties Job Duty Manage and nurture all files within the admissions funnel, within the assigned territory. Maintain communication with prospective students and stakeholders throughout each stage of the admissions funnel, while clearly communicating the value and opportunities of a USCB education, and giving exceptional customer service. make initial admission decisions for prospective students. Uses technical resources and predictive modeling to make informed decisions about student applications and outreach. Build authentic relationships with prospective students and stakeholders by serving as a knowledgeable, responsive, and student-centered point of contact. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Monitor recruitment and enrollment progress by tracking student interactions, maintaining accurate records in CRM and student information systems, reviewing applications, and using data to support enrollment goals and improve conversion strategies. Prioritize outreach and re-engage students as needed to sustain momentum toward matriculation. Conduct proactive student engagement through phone calls, text messaging, emails, virtual appointments, and in-person meetings to guide students through the admissions process, address barriers, and support application completion and enrollment conversion. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Develops and maintains expertise to conduct campus tours; conducts daily/weekend campus tours whenever needed. Meet with students and families after campus tours, explaining the application process, scholarship opportunities, student life, etc. Handles assigned duties during Admissions Events, to include, but not limited to, Open House, Virtual Events, Counselor Workshops, Group Tours, Accepted Students Day, and Orientation. Travels a minimum of 5-7 weeks in the fall and a minimum of 2-3 weeks in the spring, attending college fairs and private visits to targeted schools. Builds relationships with key high school guidance counselors and independent counselors in assigned territory.
