This position serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective families and helps guide them through the tour, registration, and onboarding process while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and highly organized experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, responsive, and passionate about early childhood education and customer service. This role involves daily communication with prospective and current families, management of enrollment records and scheduling, and support with marketing, tours, and school events. Responsibilities Respond promptly to prospective family inquiries via email, phone, social media, and online platforms Schedule and coordinate tours, open houses, and enrollment follow-ups Guide families through the registration and onboarding process Maintain accurate student records, enrollment paperwork, and waitlists using Brightwheel and internal systems Support communication with current families regarding school events, programs, and policies Assist with social media postings, marketing outreach, and community engagement initiatives Help maintain a warm, professional, and organized admissions experience reflective of Spring Academy's values Coordinate occasional local outreach or community events as needed Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, warm, and customer-service-oriented demeanor Comfortable using technology platforms such as Brightwheel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media tools Preferred Qualifications Warm, good emotional intelligence, responsiveness Polished communication and socially confident Positive energy Experience in admissions, customer service, school administration, childcare, or early childhood education Familiarity with Montessori philosophy or early childhood programs Social media and marketing experience preferred Ability to build strong relationships with families and represent the school professionally Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Pay:
Base hourly rate plus performance-based enrollment commission
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
