Apply by Wednesday June 3, 2026 Applications available here : www.tandemloc.com/employment-opportunities Position Overview As an Advanced Assembly & Testing Technician at Tandemloc, you may find yourself assembling control panels, performing point-to-point wiring of electrical components, mechanically assembling products from technical drawings, or conducting hands-on proof testing of products and rigging equipment throughout your day. You'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on, safety-first manufacturing environment using a variety of hand, pneumatic, and electrical tools, along with equipment such as cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices, while helping produce high-quality products that meet Tandemloc's standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Schedule & Pay Schedule :

Monday-Thursday | 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (10-hour shifts) + Overtime as required

Pay :

$20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities Performs control panel assembly including point to point wiring of electrical components. Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders. Assemble parts to specification per technical drawings and SOPs. Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, squares, and related tools. Hands-on testing of lifting products and rigging to required specifications. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. Must remain clean-shaven to meet safety requirements for respirator use. Work independently, meeting quality and production standards with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Experience :

2+ years' experience in related position (preferred) or equivalent degree. Some experience in the rigging or testing field is preferred. Working knowledge and experience with forklifts and material handling equipment is preferred
