Dock Hand/Repair Man

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dock Hand/Repair Man and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing our waterfront operations! You'll be responsible for assisting with dock maintenance, performing repairs, and supporting vessel operations. Responsibilities Assist with the docking and mooring of boats, ensuring secure and safe connections. Perform routine inspections of docks, pilings, and marine equipment to identify maintenance needs. Conduct repairs on docks, ladders, cleats, and other structures using appropriate rigging techniques. Maintain and operate basic mechanical tools and equipment to support repair tasks. Support vessel movement by helping with tie-downs, fenders, and other docking accessories. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations. Customer service, pumping fuel, sewage pump outs and landscaping duties. Qualifications Prior experience in dock work, customer service related field preferred. Knowledge of rigging techniques for securing boats and handling heavy loads safely. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency. Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks regularly.
