Role Overview We're seeking an Adventure Van Builder / Carpenter who thrives on creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thinking on their feet , and adapting when a custom build throws an unexpected challenge your way. If you love bringing big ideas to life, solving problems with creativity and confidence, and doing all of it with a great sense of humor , you'll be right at home here. Key Responsibilities Assist with full custom van conversions from start to finish Fabricate and install custom wood and metal components Think creatively and troubleshoot build challenges in real time Adapt quickly and offer clever, practical solutions during fabrication Utilize a wide range of hand tools and power tools Participate in build planning, workflow organization, and maintaining a clean, safe shop Collaborate closely with a team that values communication, creativity, and a good laugh Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of construction or carpentry experience Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Basic understanding of custom cabinet making or carpentry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong commitment to safety A genuinely great sense of humor (yes, we really mean this!)
