AEI Clinical Program Supervisor

Clinical Program Supervisor Provides clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of Adelphoi Education's behavioral health therapists in both the Therapy in Schools and Emotional Support Classrooms. Ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, measurement-based behavioral health services for students in K-12 educational settings. Oversees program implementation across multiple school districts, supervises licensed and master's-level clinicians, maintains compliance with clinical documentation standards, and collaborates with school administrators to ensure services align with district priorities, including, but not limited to, attendance, student functioning, safety planning, and school climate.

Education:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Clinical license preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents, with preferred experience supervising clinicians or leading teams and working within school or educational settings. Familiarity with measurement-based care, trauma-informed practices, and child development preferred. #ValuePeople
