We specialize in tight-tolerance machining for demanding aerospace applications and are looking for someone who takes pride in precision, accuracy, and process control. Responsibilities Program and operate CMM equipment for first article, in-process, and final inspections Inspect complex aerospace components to tight tolerances Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T Create and maintain inspection plans and quality documentation Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIRs) Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparators, and height gauges Work closely with machinists, programmers, and engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer specifications Qualifications Experience programming CMMs using PC-DMIS, or similar software Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace inspection requirements Experience with AS9100 and ISO standards preferred Ability to inspect complex machined components with tight tolerances Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Clean, modern, climate-controlled shop Advanced equipment and challenging aerospace work Stable long-term career opportunity Paid time off and benefits package Opportunity for growth in a high-end manufacturing environment
