Opens a new window. 3 workers needed from 3/1/2026 - 12/12/2026. General farm labor including planting, tillage, fertilizing, harvesting, and hauling for a corn and soybeans row crop operation. May operate farm equipment such as tractors, farm implements including planters, tillers, sprayers and harvesters, mowers, auger wagons and drive heavy trucks. Must be able to obtain a driver's license and lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards. Must be proficient in English. Three months of farm equipment operation experience is required. Please note that the workers will work 10 hours between 7 am and 10 pm. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards. Must be proficient in English. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
