Duties Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers to reduce wrinkles and restore volume, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin analysis to develop tailored treatment plans. Administer laser-based aesthetic treatments, including laser skin resurfacing and hair removal, utilizing advanced esthetic laser technology. Provide pre

Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Assist with clinical research studies related to aesthetic procedures, contributing to ongoing advancements in the field. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care across various medical disciplines such as dermatology and geriatrics. Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred; must be eligible for state licensure. Proven experience performing Botox injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic medicine. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems; experience with medical documentation standards including ICD-10 coding is advantageous. Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate treatment options clearly and empathetically. Prior experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or medical-surgical units is highly desirable. Ability to maintain sterile technique during procedures like suturing or catheter care when necessary; proficiency in basic life support (BLS) is required.
