Position Overview As an NP or RN at The Vanity Bar, you will deliver exceptional patient experiences through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. Our providers prioritize natural, responsible results and lead with evidence-based care and clinical excellence. Essential Responsibilities Perform or assist with aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser procedures. Conduct patient evaluations, deliver personalized education, and ensure all informed consents are completed. Maintain meticulous documentation of treatments and patient progress. Collaborate with the medical director and clinic team to ensure safe, high-quality care. What We Offer Extensive hands-on aesthetic training and continued education. A supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Qualifications Current RN or NP license in good standing. 1+ year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or private practice setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety and ethical practice. Humble, coachable, and eager to grow within the aesthetic medical field. Aesthetic experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and aligns with our values and culture.Our ideal candidate is:

- Dermal fillers
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Laser procedures
- RF treatments
- PRF treatments Ensure informed consents and Good Faith Exams are completed prior to treatment Accurately document treatments and patient progress Conduct follow-up communication after treatment Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their experience Maintain compliance with all clinic protocols, safety standards, HIPAA requirements, and scope-of-practice guidelines Patient Experience Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every patient Educate patients honestly and thoughtfully on treatments and skincare Recommend services and products based on individual goals and needs Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up Why Join The Vanity Bar?
