Our clinics provide Botox, Dysport, Fillers, Injectables, CoolSculpting, EmSculpt NEO body contouring, laser hair removal, Morpheus 8 and other skin care services. We are looking for an Aesthetic Sales Consultant for our Boca Raton location. The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented leader who can successfully manage a diverse set of clients and who has a passion for the aesthetics/beauty industry. Responsibilities Perform consultations with clients in order to suggest injectables, skincare, and body services. Perform consultations with clients in order to suggest injectables, skincare, and body services. Ensure revenue, conversion, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement. Develop long and short-term revenue plans and goals Grow existing client base through client re-engagement and networking. Immense attention to detail and ability to operationally run a medical spa office (supply ordering, room organization, front-desk employee overseeing, etc.) Qualifications 2+ years experience in aesthetic sales Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills Medical Spa or Plastic Surgery Sales experience is must!
